i was shadow banned for a bit and am running no software in the backround yet i have been shadowbanned for 2 months. im sick of this what happened to ricochet??? USELESS… if nothing happens. the unistall is next.

I haven’t been able to log into a warzone game in last 5 days because ping raises up to 350 and nothing happens. It’s not my connection which I play multi player just fine and also play on a laptop when I travel. I’m got no information from any support. We pay money to play a game we can’t even play. I’ve been busting my tail to get weapons raised and no I can’t even get access to anything in warzone play.

The same is happening to me. It’s been 10 days and I still can’t ping into any lobby other than rebirth. Ping goes up to 200-350. But when I get into rebirth there’s hackers everywhere! EVERY GAME! It has to be a shadowban. Normally it lasts a week to 14 days tho from what I’ve heard not 2 months! I’ve never cheated on my life. Idk if they’ve just stopped caring to review accounts since they were bought out or what’s going on!

Same thing for they will not fix it, been 2 weeks and still nothing has changed. I submitted a chat request to activision but I know they wont do anything about it

Same here. I just tried to play with friends I can’t get into a lobby. It’s over 183ms ping!!! And then when I did it was with these crazy obvious cheaters! There’s no way to contact anyone to sort this out and like someone said above we pay to play this game. I can’t play with friends or anything. How do you get this resolved?

Whats the word bro? This just happened to me also. Cant get into a normal lobby at all. And if i do get into a lobby its with obvious cheaters. Im not shadow banned though cause Ive tried to appeal, but it says I cant appeal cause I dont have any bans on my account. SMH
anyone have any luck i havent heard from activision on all my requests my ping is 250 + the hackers are stupid obvious yet there not being banned… im playing legit and getting thrown into this SMH.

In regards to Activision Titles, we only handle the distribution of the game client for Activision. We will assist with anything related to the desktop application and anything with the game client that involves purchasing, activating, downloading/installing and launching. Anything that occurs after you can press the play button is going to be addressed through the Activision support portal: Support Options | Activision Support
