I came back to the game after 6 months. Currently the game wont launch from Battlenet at all. I can press Play but after a few seconds it just appears at “Play” again and sometimes I get the error BLZBNTBNA00000012
Fixes I already have tried:
Reinstalled the whole game (now 3 times)
Updated the latest gpu drivers
Used battlenet scan & repair (countless times)
Have renamed call of duty file and located it again to try to trigger updates (countless times)
Have tried all the compatibility options in cod.exe file but nothing helps
Well, this helped. I tried everything too… Until I saw the anti-cheat message from you, Boubou. I had a game by Riot on my machine. Uninstalled it and boom- COD launches now. I wish I had seen this before the battle pass ended when I was 92% complete. lol. Thanks for your post.
It’s not… the purpose of the suggested troubleshooting was to determine whether this issue was being caused by some incompatibility or conflict between Warzone and some anti-cheat package(s)… and to provide a means of launching Warzone once the conflict is eliminated.
The next step is for Warzone players to relay that information to Activision and the anti-cheat publisher(s) and to request a more permanent solution.
I didn’t come up with that troubleshooting – I don’t play Warzone nor any of the CoD games – and I was only parotting a workaround mentioned deep down in this topic:
