so i’ve had blizzard for a couple years and used it to play warzone. the new warzone came out and i played it. generally had crashes and whatnot due to the game but as of yesterday i’m seeing my ping go from 40-50 to 0 and lose connection every 1-2 minutes in any match of warzone, DMZ or multiplayer. i uninstalled the latest windows update, checked different gpu drivers, changed game settings. nothing worked. well i switched over to steam just to see and i have no issues on steam. the problem here is i just bought MW2 on blizzard. i dont know what to do here. anyone else had these issues lately?
Limitations with Blizzard Support for Activision titles.
In regards to Activision, we only handle the distribution of the game client for Activision. We will assist with anything related to the desktop application and anything with the game client that involves purchasing, activating, downloading/installing and launching. Anything that occurs after you can press the play button is going to be addressed through the Activision support portal: Support Options | Activision Support
