today, I have had a conversation on ticket with Issue ID: #104640199. I thought it is a bug that the region indicator shows US, when I am from EU but then found out that US is the only available region for this game. Therefore, “Added region indicators on the Lobby Selection screen.” from patch Version 1.0.1 Build 2207 is redundant and confusing for players from other regions, when only US servers are available. When a player from EU or Asia sees this, they try to change the server to EU/Asia but are unable to do so. Also, support article 7558 TrackingId updated two months ago states that the only game from Blizzard where you cannot select the region is World of Warcraft. If you want to keep the indicator, even though it is basically everyone playing on US servers, I would suggest some tooltip with explanation that other regions might be available later but currently, there are only US servers. That is not stated anywhere and I would not know, without going through that support system and GM explaining it over the ticket.
