VirusTotal detects malware in Battle.net app installer

As stated, VirusTotal detects multiple malware in the Battle.net app installer.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Download Battle.net app
  2. Upload to VirusTotal
  3. VirusTotal will scan, give results

These are the detections it found:

Is it safe to install the Battle.net app or has it been compromised? Thanks, just thought I would give an FYI to the devs.

False positive, most likely.

Ensure you’re running the latest version of VirusTotal.

VirusTotal isn’t an app you download and install, at least not that I’m aware. It’s UI is solely web based and it’s up to them to update things.
