Can someone help me with this problem please , everytime I click on a tab on my battlenet it takes forever to load usually its instant and also it fixes everytime I reformat my computer.
Hey, Sabz86! It looks like everything is loading pretty slow. It looked a bit better than the proxy/lan settings were unchecked though. Let’s try disabling the hardware acceleration to see if it may be any better.
- Open the Blizzard Application.
- At the top left, there is a Blizzard Logo. Click here and then Settings.
- In the General tab, scroll down all the way to the bottom.
- Uncheck “Use browser hardware acceleration when available.”
If it continues, could you provide a DxDiag file? Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

The problem just went away by its self I didnt need to do anything for some odd reason
