me too , error code BLZBNTBNA00000015 . I did the recommended method to fix it. But it did not work

I fixed this with running battle.net app as an administrator

This vid might help you eventhough its for warzone. Did it on vanguard and it worked.

I’m having the exact same issue as all of you. Went through the troubleshooting steps on the site (already had it running as Admin). Uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted. Exact same error. I really wish Activision would get it together

From what I undestand there customer support won’t help I’ve tried contacting them and got nothing I’ve had the same issue since the new update we pay 60$ for a game that doesn’t work for them to focusing on a free game like warzone I’m starting to think people should stop buying there games or even sue them

Open up battle net, hit the settings icon next to “PLAY” for vanguard. Then click show in explorer. From there open up Vanguard.exe and the game should start. Well it did for me. Good luck!

Yeah, it starts but then crashes after choosing a game.

I have had the same problem. Vangaurd/Warzone crashes on boot up. Deleted and re-installed. Now the game won’t even open and I only have this error code BLZBNTBNA00000015. How is this an issue days after the update? We need help and it looks like Blizard is not responding to these known issues.

Howdy y’all,

The most common cause for these errors seems to be having the game set to run as admin. Try disabling that by following these steps:

  1. Open the Battle.net desktop app
  2. Click the icon of the game
  3. Click the cogwheel next to the Play button and select Show in Explorer
  4. Right click the exe file and select properties
  5. Click on the Compatibility tab and uncheck Run this program as an administrator
  6. Click Apply

I tried. Everything. Is there anyone here from the customer support who doesnt answer like a bot ?
I deleted my cache, I tried to launch as an administrator and I even deleted the game. After deleting the game, i tried to reinstall it and it didnt even work, i just got the BLZBNTAGT00000960 code.

The problem is solved but i couldn’t explain how, maybe because i launched a Windows update (but the update is not installed yet). Maybe updating Windows can be a solution for some people ? I would recommend to try this but I can guarantee that it works

Hi Guys, Had the same error and did everything. At last, been to the explorer folder, uncheck run as admin from launcher and game and now try again.
