Hey there, Some countries are not eligible for access to the free trial. In the case of Russia, transactions have been paused. This includes purchases and in-game transactions and free trials. If your account is registered to Russia but you do not live in Russia then you would need to submit a ticket (support button at the top of this page (Then select “contact support”) to have your information updated.
