Também moro no Japão, adicionei o idioma Japonês e deu certo. Talvez idiomas de regiões onde foi configurado a Battle.net resolva.

i purchased last december 15 and after 3 days of finding a fix and none of it work and no updates i just decided to file for refund instead of stressing my self out to try and try and try to unlock the campaign
