My game always crashes alot after each MP game with the same code 0x00001338 and i dont know why

This is happening to me, crashes back to Desktop however i don’t even get an error code. It starts to jump like its lagging then crashes. I’d be lucky to get through a game of MP. Ive tried everything and cant get any help from anyone. So frustrating
i keep getting booted every time i get killed in a mp match… as soon as the kill cam starts i geting kicked
