I have a character that just can’t connect. I don’t have a ban on my account that I can see, as I’m able to log in and get to see game lists. I also was able to make a new character on the same account and join a game so I can’t see it as a connection issue.
I tried to log tickets and just get the same user closing out my tickets and posting generic help stuff without even responding or looking. Is there any recourse or is my character just hosed and I have to start fresh?

I don’t know, to be honest… and judging from the replies you got on your 1st post (i.e. none)… no one else seems to know either. I too expected everything to come back to normal if you waited 24 or 48 hrs without touching the account.
You could try a post in the D2 Classic Discussion forum… see if anyone there has ever had something like that before.
Question about your ticket: what menu did you log your ticket under ? Classic Games / Technical ?
You might want to also try Account / Can’t Login / Unlock Account and see if they can look at your account and see what’s wrong. I suspect you’ll have to provide details on the account such as account name and registered e-mail address… and hero name (?)

Yeah I’m guessing I’m just hosed. That my guy is locked in some game that has long since been closed but a flag just didn’t get changed over.
The first ticket was under “can’t connect” which was why I just assumed it got closed without a look. The second was under classic games > Technical > Connection Problem.
I did change the password after posting this. I dug way deeper to see if I could find anything and found a post from like 8 years ago that suggested that. No dice their either.
I’ll give the unlock account a shot. Also thanks for responding. Helps me feel less insane about this whole thing, lol
