Hello! I don’t often remember my password but that’s not usually a big deal. u don’t often ask for it and I can access blizzard services with ease. the mobile authenticator gives me additional security which I like.
an enhancement request: instead of asking for my password when I make a purchase in, say, overwatch, send a code to my authenticator app that I can approve or reject. it would be a lot snappier than entering my password and just as secure.
also I’d just recommend u make the option an opt-in option so people don’t inadvertently open their wallets to anyone with access to their phone.
