Upgrade to War WIthin Collectors edition

I would like to upgrade to the WW CE edition. The option is not available anywhere. Is this possible?

Looks like it’s being sold by the Blizzard Gear store… not the Blizzard Shop.

Don’t know about “upgrading” however.
