I cannot uninstall blizzard app, it says cannot locate uninstall.exe on battle net folder.
I also cannot open the game by itself, and I cannot open blizzard app because it says, Something went wrong while trying to launch a program, Please try restarting Battle net and/or your computer. More help: BLZBNTBNA00000006
I’ve restarted many times, can’t seem to have a way out tbh, cant install, or uinstall, can’t do anything.
Hey, Pawn! It sounds like this may be an old version that can’t update on it’s own causing the uninstall/installation issues. Let’s try manually clearing everything.
Press Windows key + R and type in %temp%
Delete anything related to Blizzard or Battle.net
Do the same for %programfiles(x86)%, %programdata%, %localappdata%, %appdata%
Reinstall the application!
If it continues, does the agent issues continue on a New Admin account? This resets a ton for the user profile like registries, settings, etc. It can help for persistent situations.
