I’ve been trying to update and reinstall the Battle.net launcher on my Windows 10 PC only to receive error BLZBNTBTS0000005C. Been having this issue for DAYS now of the Update Agent not properly updating, getting stuck at 45%. Tried manually uninstalling the Battle.net files and reinstalling the launcher repeatedly to no avail. Followed the instructions step by step of both the official guide and those of a community forum post about the problem I have. Exactly as told. Still have the same exact issue. I do not know what else to do and I need help. Please. It’s driving me insane.

I’ve been having this problem as well I’ve given the Battle.net setup application full security access, ran the program as an administrator, I am hooked up to my internet via Ethernet so that cant by a problem, wiped all files, even my game files, tried to use an older modal of the setup program too. still nothing, i have a tickit up but the response is telling me to redo all the outdated steps i JUST DID, like it will work this time. anyone got a better plan to deal with this?

I had the same problem and noone really was able to help. I won’t even talk about the useless blizzard support but my friend found this fix. Write in CMD
net stop winmgmt
winmgmt /resetrepository
net start winmgmt
After that everything should work.
