‏Dear Blizzard Support Team,

‏I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally appeal the recent ban on my Battle.net account (Account ID: XXX). I was shocked to discover this action, as I have always adhered to Blizzard’s Terms of Service and have invested significant time and emotional value into this account.

‏Could you kindly:
‏- Provide detailed evidence (e.g., activity logs or violation reports) justifying the ban?
‏- Reinvestigate the case and consider lifting the ban if it was issued mistakenly.
‏- Let me know if any additional information is needed from my side to resolve this.

‏This account is very important to me, and I am willing to fully cooperate to clarify any misunderstandings. I would greatly appreciate a prompt and transparent response.

I am sorry but what you want will not happen.

  • Blizzard does not share their anti-cheat detection methods. They will not give you the game logs or insight into how your account was flagged/when. They will not even tell you what specific software/cheat method was detected.
  • The only way to appeal is through tickets. You can appeal until they tell you your Battlenet account is at risk for GM harassment.
  • Blizzard does not accept any information from players as part of appeals. Sadly screenshots, videos, etc can be manipulated.

Blizzard also does not allow posting about account actions so this post is likely to eventually be removed by Mods.

Note: MVPs are other players, not Blizzard staff. MVPs do not speak for, or represent, Blizzard.

‏ - My playtime focused solely on PvE (Dungeons/Raids) and PvP without any violations.
‏ - Mythic+ Rating: 3200
‏ - Hunter Item Level: 676
‏ - Multiple high-achievement characters (heroes and valuable collectibles).

‏2. Zero Violations:
‏ - No cheats, hacks, or exploits used.
‏ - No toxic behavior or chat violations.

‏3. Account’s Emotional & Time Value:
‏ - This account is my years of effort and passion—unjust bans crush player trust.

Again, the forums are not the way to go about appealing if you think there is a false positive. The ONLY way to do that is through tickets.
