A few days ago, I opened the the app and got the error BLZBNTBNA00000005. I tried Googling for solutions, and none worked. I tried uninstalling, but when I try to, it gives me error BLZBNTBNU00000006. I already tried deleting all the Bnet/Blizzard App folders in %appdata%, %localappdata% and %temp%, I even closed my Antivirus (all it did was just make the uninstaller not even launch anymore). What’s going on? It’s been like this for days, and I wanna play Overwatch again.
Update: Now when I try to uninstall it gives me error BLZBNTBNU00000003 instead

Hey, Kooby! Those errors has to do with the communication with the Blizzard Agent. It sounds like the Blizzard Application may be out of date. You’ve already done part of this, but let’s give it one more go to manually uninstall the Blizzard Application.
- Press Windows key + R and type in %temp%
- Delete anything related to Blizzard or Battle.net
- Do the same for %programfiles(x86)% , %programdata%, %localappdata%, %appdata%
- Reinstall the application! - Downloads – Blizzard Entertainment
If the error continues, try seeing if the Blizzard Application will work on a New Admin account. Even when there is an existing Admin account, this should fix up any issues with the registry and address any permission issues restricting communication with the app.

THIS IS NOT HELP…
you make people make useless movements
Your agent.exe uses Curl to download data from your site… BUT it CANT Check CRL…
its mean your programmers who made this… made mistake
THE ERROR: IN Agent logs
CurlError 35 from “UrlHERe” with message "schannel: next InitializeSecurityContext failed: Unknown error (0x80092013) - The revocation function was unable to check revocation because the revocation server was offline.
Please… check the dates !
You are replying to a December 2019 post.
This is still happening! 2019 - 2024
So you say…
and just like a car that won’t start, there could be many reasons for that happening…
The Battle.Net App has been updated countless times since December 2019… the version that existed back then may or may not have had the same issue.
Think about it… and please do not reply to 5-year old posts.
so some random humanoid… tell me in some forum to do something? yo really think im be listen this?
this forum thread about this? or what? if i want i reaply to 20y old posts… there is no rule for this
Incorrect. If there is no current thread about your issue, start a new topic.
This app always has problems. One day the launcher just can’t find my installation of Starcraft, it could find it yesterday but today its gone.
Even when I point the game folder to it, it wants to update it before it loses it. So I uninstall the app… I couldn’t uninstall it from control panel because it gives an error… so I deleted every file i could find using Everything and proceed to install it from the installer.
… and the update agent stops at 45% and gets stuck. Beautiful.
From what I read from an old thread from 2023, it might be a region thing.
A few days ago I could get it to work by following the above steps and turning off microsoft defender.
But now that approach doesn’t work anymore for whatever reason. I created a ticket and all they did was point me to some forums.
Honestly I am just tired at this point, I just wanted to play some Starcraft for nostalgia purposes.
