Unable to Update or Scan & Repair TWW - BLZBNTAGT00001389

Like other posts before me I am getting the BLZBNTAGT00001389. I tried all the stuff on the support page as well as across the internet. Nothing has resolved this problem for me. If it can be found on the first page of google, it doesn’t fix it.

Having the same problem. First unable to update and then the “something’s broken” window with no success so far. Glad to know it’s not another Mac related issue though

Try following the steps below.

1: Clear the Battlenet launcher
2: press windows + r and write %programdata% and press enter.
in this folder delete the folder (battle.net) (battle.net_componentes) (Blizzard Entertainment)
3: go to the folder (program files x86) and delete the folder (Battle.net)
4: Go to the folder (appdata) and find the subfolder (local)
once inside the local folder, delete all folders connected to battle.net or blizzard.

Once everything is done, remove all the folders from the trash.

follow this last guide

The Blizzard Battle.net Desktop Application requires access to Windows Management Instrumentation to work correctly. If this has become corrupted or disabled, you can follow the steps below to reset it:

1:Press Windows+Q and type cmd into the search bar that pops up.
2:Right-click on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator
3:Type net stop winmgmt into the command prompt and press enter.
4:When prompted if you wish to continue, type Y and press enter.
5:Type winmgmt /resetrepository into the command prompt and press enter.
6:Restart your computer to pick up the changes

re install battlenet and try if all works
