Hello guys, I am new to using the Blizzard Forums so please forgive me if this post is a mess.
To summarize of what happen, I have an issue with my Windows (random frame drops in every game), so I did a full clean install of my Windows.
After I finish setting up my windows, I tried to reinstall Battle.net right away, but to my surprise, I was met with this issue.
I have tried every single troubleshoot that I could possibly find on the Forums, and even made a ticket to ask for help, but I have yet to find a solution.
What happen:
Whenever I run my Battle.net Installer file, there is simply nothing showing up, the only thing that shows up is a background process called “Battle.net Setup (32-bit)” and nothing is being done.
The troubleshoots that I have tried so far:
- Reset my firewall and then completely disable it
- Disabled every Background Applications
- Disabled every Start-Up Applications
- Create a new account with Administrator permission
- Run the file on three different instances of Administrator account
- Updated my Graphics card’s driver to the latest version
- Updated my Motherboard’s driver to the latest version
- Updated my BIOS to the latest version
- Flushed and renew my DNS cache
- Switch over from WLAN to a LAN connection
- Run Battle.net with the Direct Link version
- Download the installer a couple of times on every single possible version to see if there is any change
- Run the Windows’ System File checker for missing files integrity
- Re-Install Windows one more time
Please let me know if there is any other method that I should give it a try.
*note: I have never had an issue with Battle.net Launcher and Installer prior to after reinstalling Windows 11

I am having this same exact issue. Prior to 10/14 I was having issue with Diablo 4 not updating & launching. The only remedy was to uninstall and reinstall the game. After uninstalling most recently, the Diablo 4 reinstall would not begin at all.
I uninstalled battle.net and did a full clean of all the program folders for the game and battle.net. Now for about 10ish attempts later Battle.net will not install. It will always get to 99% and then fail. Ive tried all of the same steps as you and no progress. Really bummed and I cant believe the issue is on our end. Hoping we get a resolution soon.

Somewhat the same here. D4 looks like it wants to update and fails. Battle. net won’t run says its sleeping and wont wake up. I will probably try to run Battle.net and D3 on older computer to see if errors are the same. Excluding and administrator rights doesn’t fix,
You’ve tried many troubleshooting steps, but the Battle.net installer remains invisible. Check Task Manager for the installer process and try ending it if it’s stuck. Temporarily disable your antivirus to rule out interference. Perform a selective startup to minimize software conflicts. Try running the installer in compatibility mode for a previous Windows version. As a last resort, perform a clean boot to isolate the issue. If all else fails, contact Blizzard Support for further assistance.
Guys, god day! I have installed the website eshoes.cy and and I had an installation in same server for warcraft. I lost it… is anyway to recover it?
Same here, I think it is Blizzard side problem.
Installer size was 4.8MB and it didnt’ do anything when run.
