I am having an issue where I am trying to specifically send a friend request to someone who plays overwatch 2 on console and we have tried both sending a FR and not receiving anything. I have tried in game and thru bnet to send a friend request. Using their tag or email and nothing, but I am able to add other people. We know it isn’t a parental control issue or a region problem. the app just isn’t working please help

I have been having this issue too, a friend of mine said to clear my Blizzard friend list but it aint working still.
