Unable to play starcraft II - cannot login to battle.net

Hello,

I’m on Win11, new laptop, 30 mins ago installed battle.net and starcraft II, but i’m not able to play it.
Whenever I start it, it complains that there is temporary problem with connecting to battle.net (even if I try to manually login I’m getting same error).
Meanwhile my battle.net app is logged in successfully and i’m able to login to battle.net account via web.

I am having the same issue with logging into the NA and EU servers.
