Unable to open call of duty black ops and vanguard

As soon start to play the games, those don’t even finish to open and crash…

And I have a good PC NVIDIA GFORCE RTX 3060 12G plus I5 11th gen plus EVO PRO 870 and 32G RAM.

Call of duty vanguard error code: 0x0001338 (0) N
Call of duty Black Ops error code: 0x0 (0x3580ADA5) N

any advise or help is really appreciated!!

I have had the same problem with both of those and MW. For me, no error code comes up either.

fix that worked for me.
right click the launcher to one of the gamed, click open file location and you will see a launcher that is dedicated just to warzone in the file. After opening this launcher, it still brings you to the same game selection page as the others. Once I did this one time all my other launchers started working again.
