App is stuck on “Connecting…” when I open it. If I try and open a game it fails and says unable to log in. Have tried force stopping the app and reopening, same problem.
I am having the same issue have tried every thing advised with no help. Have been playing since CD-Rom days and now feel like it is time to say goodby to all things blizzard. If tech wants to get a hold of me it will have to be through my email as I am deleting all things related to blizzard.
Any solution? I am facing the same problem… It happen on internet browser, battle net app (PC) and even on my mobile (in Battle net app). I was changing the internet for the mobile one and facing the same problem…

I am having the same problem. The screen flashes “Loggin in…” and doesn’t. The reason I’m posting on this forum is because “Get Help - Blizzard Support” seems to be having the same issue - after entering details, uploading screenshot, etc., pressing the Submit button yields only a spinning icon… which makes no progress (it’s still going!)
