Dear Blizzard Support,
I am unable to log into Battle.net and receive the “Could not connect to Battle.net” error with code BLZBNTBGS80000011 (1001).
After entering the correct username and password (which I haven’t changed and were working fine last week), the loading screen takes a long time before displaying the “Could not connect to Battle.net” error.
I am not using a VPN, and I have already reinstalled Battle.net, but the issue persists.
Please assist, as I need to play WoW.
