I am typing this thread from new account I was forced to make since after 3 hours of troubleshooting and terrible blizzard online support I still cant log in into my main account.
My problem is that I can’t log because I have an authenticator added to acc which worked fine on my previous phone which got destroyed last month. I got logged out on my PC for whatever reason and I cant log in now. Can someone from Blizzard please contact me so we can discuss further steps…

There is no Blizzard staff any more on the forums; they were fired or re-assigned when Microsoft took over in January 2024. Also, since this category here is for feedback, Blizzard generally does not reply here.
Have you tried to remove your authenticator ? See the steps in :

I assume step #1 won’t work since you cannot log into your account; so, try to remove your authenticator by using the link to “recover your account” in step #2.
If that doesn’t work, you will need to contact Blizzard Support with a ticket and ask them to remove the authenticator from your old account…
