I’m having the same issue, started yesterday (6-Mar-2024). Can’t log into battle.net, and almost all web pages through blizzard time out prior to eventually loading in. I reinstalled battle.net, I have no connection issues to any other sites, I have no idea what’s left to try.

Okay, and out of left field everything is fixed for me. I don’t know why, I didn’t make any additional changes.

Blizzard doesn’t develop MW3, so you would want to direct that question to Activision.

Blizzard doesn’t make any of the Activision games that we host on our application. We’re more than happy to help with any issues with Installation and Patching or problems with purchases of the game itself. You can post on these forums or contact our support team for help with these problems.

Once the game is installed successfully, however, we don’t have any special insight into what might cause technical issues. You want to contact Activision for help with any connection problems, crashes, voice chat issues, suggestions, etc.
