I have both Warcraft II and Warcraft two remastered and there is no option to install them (missing install button). I have posted a ticket together with a screenshot but the ticket was closed and I was given no ETA, just the information that the problem is known and my ticket status was changed to resolved. I wanted to reopen the ticket, but I can’t even do that. This is unprofessional.

Changing regions also worked for me.
Hi when i switched to Europe the install button appears, however, when I Switched again to America the buttons disappear.
Be sure to add that information in the thread I linked above.
So, whats the update here?
I saw another post where support said the issue is solved.
It most certainly is not.
I have tried all regions and nothing helps.
Fix this ffs.
I haven’t heard of any updates, unfortunately.
Reports suddenly dropped off both here and the thread that Bliz posted in a week or so ago. This would suggest that something was fixed because people seem to have stopped running into the problem.
Since that did help those from a couple weeks ago, it would suggest that you might be having a separate issue.
