I can’t tell if this is a bnet app issue specifically or macOS issues. I had been getting prompted for the past 3 weeks to enter in my admin password to let Agent update. After entering it a few times, it was happening often enough I opted to do some research to fix the issue. I found a thread about a cert issue and I went where it said to see if it was trusted. It was and the thread mentioned deleting it and getting a new one. I didn’t want to do that yet, so I opted to uninstall Bnet app and try to reinstall it. Now I can’t get Bnet app to reinstall, it gets stuck at 65% then I get an error message. Clicking on the link for additional support isn’t all that helpful. My account has admin privileges, bnet setup has read & write acces, but I am at a loss as to what is going on.
Error message code: BLZBNTBTS0000005D
Also, I did some digging into logs when I have tried to install the bnet app and i’m seeing this:
