Unable to get support

Note this is not the account I need support on.

Rant, have several ticket open with Support, issue is I cannot login to my account to respond on said tickets as my issue is with my authenticator which I don’t have access to anymore. The emails I get from Blizzard related to my tickets are no-reply emails. So there is literally no way for me to follow up with their questions? Is there not a live chat function so this can be resolved ?

Ok, managed to get my account back. But it still is really frustrating just to create a new account just so that you can respond for feedback on a ticket you had logged onto your main account. There should definitely be another way to be able to respond to tickets when you have account issues.
