I haven’t tried to get my old account back because I simply didn’t know how , there is no support email or live chat. When I did find one , they were always no-reply emails that did nothing. The issue is I used an Authenticator app that I no longer have access to because it was linked to a dead cell phone number. That cell phone number is inactive.
TLDR: I can’t use my authenticator anymore because I don’t have access to it. I still have my email that I used to play on my main account.
