If you ever had a action overturned (I.e. a silence by the system but a GM reviewed it and overturned it). Even if they gave back your TL3 like they should, if you lose due to decay you are forever locked into TL2.
It’s a current website bug, that is causing me to be stuck at TL2 because I decided to swap posting alts. I’ve re earned about 5 times because of decay, but now that I was false flagged and had it over turned, the system still continues to lock me in TL2. And a GM can not restore TL3 even tho I should have it, and I meet all the standards and have a clean slate.
