Did a new system restore to scratch. Went to download battle.net back in and when it gets to 99% it tells me trouble loading and give a error code. I have done everything suggested bye tech support and also watched a vid. I cannot get battle.net to load on my pc. The old folder is gone so no folder to uninstall, dropped firewalls…and the other ideas suggested…help help help error was BLZBNTBTS0000005D

I could not connect, followed every step on every support page and now can’t install beyond the “Downloading new files… 5%” message. It’s as though battle.net no longer exists, yet I can login on my mobile app…
