VirusTotal is detecting a Trojan.Win64.Kryplod in Battle Net installer. Is this a false-positive or what is the problem?

Bnet itself doesn’t have any malware, but something else on your system may have infected it.
Actually we downloaded it on few separate PCs from different nets and got this same detection on VirusTotal. You could download the file by yourself and I’m pretty sure you’ll get the same result
If you downloaded the setup file from our website to multiple systems and its virustotal saying there is something in it, then it is a false positive. We do frequent updates to our products and services so false positives are not uncommon with various security outfits, Submit the issue to them and they can usually see what triggered the callout and then correct it. (usually by updating their definitions)
