Hi everyone,
I’ve tried in two months time to get my old Warcraft 3 The Frozen Throne to work like it did before all the terrible updates (Reforged). I played Battle.net for so many years and I just want it back, some people say it is possible but nothing seems to work. I can list the things I’ve tried:

Download Reforged: Only triggers Reforged when try to open TFT. Edit again: When I try to open Frozen Throne Battle.net - it tells me it need to be updated. I click to do it, it says WCIII is already running. Have checked the open processes in Control panel, close the process, try to start the game. The same thing happens.

Patch to 1.27/28: triggers to download Reforged-patch and I am back to point 1. And probably wont work with Battle.net.

Tried to Install PTR 1.31: everything seemed fine, but Battle.net button is greyed out and doesn’t come back after reboot of router, flush DNS, change from 6112 to 6113 and back or start game a few hours later. Even tried to press LAN game and it tells me to download a Baguette if I don’t remember wrong.
(I did not do this) Edit: Bonjour, not Baguette, tried this and still doesn’t work.
I am starting to be desperate. Nearly crying even (don’t worry - I’m a girl). It is a game I have paid for - CDs infront of me. This is absolutely the worst. I hope for a miracle. Be my miracle!
