Okay, here’s what happend:
- About a year ago I changed my phone but never remembered to transfer the authenticator from that device.
- Yesterday I tried to open Bnet, but my account logged off and sure enough the code was requested.
- I tried sending multiple support requests, until one was finally answered. It required some extra info.
- As I was about to answer this response witht the required info, I missclicked and sent the ticket.
- I hit the maximum number of tickets and now I can’t contact support to provide the info requested.
- I created a new account in order to try and reach help!
