This "feedback" board is worthless


I have a legitimate complaint about how Blizzard advertises its preorder bundles. The advertising state you get one free Golden legendary for each bundle. Not true. I told customer service of my concern. They said it’s not their area to answer. I was told to post here to get an answer to my concern. I posted three weeks ago and it is been ignored by Blizzard. You guys suck when it comes to customer relations.
