The quality of the support is horrendous

My account has been highjacked and I submitted a ticket including receipts (order and invoice number with my full name) my credit card informations from a purchase I did and the issuer bank, and my last game tags and my last phone number used in the account and I’m willing to provide my ID as well

However, I have received a response saying the information provided cannot be validated, ??? How is that my problem?? I have provided what they asked with screenshots of receipts and ID how is that not enough information… I have replied for more clarification and yet no answer

I’ve also had terrible experience with Blizzard support… The responses barely even address my actual question and concern. When I reply to them answering their questions for more info, I get blocked saying I’ve had a mx number of support tickets.

You mean Activision support, Blizzard died pre covid
