I was running Cultist Reforge 3/25 and the Butcher showed up. When the encounter was over, upon my respawn there was no mini boss to drop a key to progress the map. I left the dungeon and reentered … still nothing.
I exited and waited a few minutes and the dungeon reset. Then the mini boss spawned. Progress was good.
Can The Butcher cause issues with dungeon spawns and progress? Great Beta, had a ton of fun and hope these minor issues get ironed out before launch.
