When I try to start the Blizzard app, it basically shows an image of my desktop surrounded by a window outline. I cannot see my games or anything. clicking in the top right corner still closes the program. Is there someone that I can talk with on a phone or in live chat to help me resolve this issue? OR can I re-install the Blizzard App without losing the games I have already purchased? A personal 1 on 1 tech support would be nice.

If you’re seeing an empty box, another app is blocking the pop-up ad in Bnet. Avast? AVG? Sophos?
