The app is a peace of "Sh..."

I’m sorry but this application the bnet app, to run our games being required to have to boot up our games and login is pure trash. The application keeps relogin me every 2 hours, (if that) or just flat out disconnect on the application alone. when it does it also kicks me out of my games like diablo 2 or starcraft or warcraft 3, There needs to be an option to manually login and boot our games up without this piece of sh!t application.

I’m not sorry for this but its pure trash I have perfect connection on my internet, no issue with any other game on my pc that doesn’t require an application and after losing my progress and multi runes on diablo 2 drops Im this close to finding a way to hack blizzard into making the game playable without this sht application. This bnet app being required and controlling connections within games is one reason I dont play as much as i do with many beloved games such as diablo 2 and warcraft 3 because its hardly worth the torture of the damn app reloading your account and dcing you in middle of games/ farming etc.

And this isn’t even a 1min dc from the app causing all these proplems its legit a 4 second reload on the application causing every issue not the game, not my internet but your piece of sh1t app

Yeah, so first, this isnt something being wildly reported so its something unique to your computer or connection. Second, use the setting in the launcher that will close the launcher when you start a game, if your games still disconnect, then its not the launcher. And the launcher doesn’t control the games connections. It only logs you in, that’s it.

ive literaly staring at my internet connection complety connected and watched the app and only the app disconnect it, while measure my data and connection at the same time only the app is doing this to me, it was never an issue when I could run warcraft 3 old verison without this sh!t app.

if it was the computer or my connect steam would be kicking me offline from the games im running and its not. On equal or more hard on hardware/software games than what i have up on bnet app. When your online playing like ladder d2 online starcraft or in an online game on war3 when bnet reloads the login it removes your connection to the in game, it doesnt matter if you have perfect connection which i do, and its not hardware/pc releated or it would be effecting every application i use for games steam, gogo,ea etc not just bnet

No it doesn’t. As I said, the launcher can be completely closed when the games are running. And reopening the launcher doesn’t affect the games connections. The launcher and all the games have their own auths.

Again no. That’s just an observation youre making from a point of not understanding whats going on underneath. No matter what happens when the launcher is running, its not doing what you claim to anyone else, at least not enough to where reports are flooding in. That means its something unique to YOUR system/connection. Plus how other onlines apps are irrelevant, they don’t take the same path between you and the servers, which leads me to…

You don’t know that. Your personal local network (and ISP) are a tiny fraction of the trip between you and blizzard. All the rest, you dont know how perfect it is. If thats where the problem lies then its something specific to you, not the launcher which works fine for the majority.

They forced the app so they can shovel more adverts and pop-ups. It’s a joke. Normally you pay for something to avoid the ads. Scum bag mobile app Devo team used the big brain to come up with a way to pester/annoying current customers. GENIUS! I love how you MUST use it and now they’re ramping up the ads and pop-ups every log in. The best is when the app forces an update just so it can force a new Pop-Up. Lol. THAT"S NOT AN UPDATE blizz. Your ads should never ever ever being telling me to update my client just so I can get into the game outside the client.
Do please stop to acknowledge or just realize the insane logic they’re using.
Customer buys thing.
Customer attempts to use thing.
Blizz: No! You need to download this OTHER thing first
Customer: Ok, can I use the thing now ?
Blizz: No! Now you need update it so we can show you a new pop-up ad, very different from the 1st pop-up.

Apparently, logging in was just too simple. Big Brain Blizz really giving the customers what they want. More paid transactions and pop-ups! “Small indie company” lol

Also, I laughed so hard the first time I saw “unwarp your new GIFT” and the gift was just blizzard asking me if I wanted to buy more game time and if I did they’d throw a mount at me. Like dude, if I’m paying for it, it’s not a GIFT. How many Christmas Birthday Gifts did I break out my own wallet as the recipient.

The most epic fail attempt at a low key scumbag cash grab. “Gift” was the peak clickbait blizz. you silly b!tch you

Yeah just like how it’s a joke that tv and radio force ads. And webpages and freeway signs and every other facet of life. Are you new to this planet?

You and the others who complain about this are embarrassing. Because the ONE click on the X will always be nothing compared to 1000s and 1000s you do in the course of a play session. Don’t strain your fingers on that one click that apparently puts you over the edge. 1st world problems. Not to mention this tantrum isn’t even realted to the topic of this thread. At least know where to beat your fists and stomp your feet. Maybe you shouldn’t be accusing others of “genius” and “big brain”.

“Epic fail” indeed.

It’s weird to watch a fool confirm my argument, “well that’s true buuuut” but then argue one should “get over it” because they fail so deliver or support ONE SINGLE GOOD reason for additional steps in an effort to spam pop-up adverts. “It’s not big deal” is not an argument for “Why is this now a thing? Never needed it, zero advantage”. But I guess if you wanna ‘Hakuna matata’ life’s minor inconveniences you’re of the superior moral high ground but sill haven’t answered the question, Y tho ?

My my my. Add ad hominem to the embarrassment. What else can you add…

Ah. The level of mental gymnastics needed to take a rebuttal and claim it’s a “confirmation” is laughable. So, add to the embarrassment the twisting of words to fit your argument.

Your first “sentence” is a mess. It’s not remotely clear.

“It’s not a big deal” is very much a rebuttal to your level of aversion. It is not a big deal, and yes, get over it. Why? Because if you choose to engage someone’s medium who wants to advertise their products, you will, like it or not, get the adds. And just like how you can change a channel, or not look at a sign, you can click the add closed. Get over it, like it or not.

What? So people who don’t sweat the small stuff in life are “of the superior moral high ground” in your eyes? What??? You’re sounding like you’re grasping at anything. Another to add to the embarrassment pile.

If you need to be told the basic, underlying core purpose of advertisement, you should be careful who you call fools. Especially if you can’t create a fully cogent response to counter arguments.
