I am not sure any game companies take unsolicited game pitches like you are suggesting. You are free to write up your idea and post it somewhere, but these forums really are not going to help. You won’t get a chance to interview with Developers and discuss your ideas.
There are no Developers here that can or will talk to you. Blizzard does not review game ideas from people, unless you work there.
I would also suggest you NOT share your idea for free on the internet. Not if you want to someday be able to make that game, or benefit from that game yourself. Intellectual Property rights are something you need to protect.
