TCG Loot Card Issue

Hi there! I just purchased a very expensive card to redeem loot and got the code off the website. However, when I tried to redeem it in the game, it was showing as “invalid, please try again.” from Lando.

I’m not sure what i’m doing wrong. I’ve submitted a ticket and anxious to hear back as it’s a mount I’ve saved up for so long to get the TCG card for.

Hoping someone can assist.

For your issue, please ensure that you are following the steps provided in this Support Note :

If that works, please cancel your ticket.
If it doesn’t work, well… your ticket is already submitted. Please bear in mind that ticket response time is very long currently… 10 to 15 days, sometimes more. You will need to be patient.
