I tried to get the tavern pass on mobile yesterday since i wasnt behind the pc. I paid the 20 euro’s and got booted back to the game. Didnt get the pass though. Made a support ticket and got the response: “youve made the purchase through a 3rd party app so you need to take it up with them”. Responded to that mail with a screenshot with my transaction. Any one got an idea what i should do/any similair stories?
If you replied by e-mail, you probably replied to a “DoNotReply” e-mail address – those addresses are not monitored…
If your original ticket is still opened, you want to reply to your ticket. If your original ticket has been closed by Blizzard, you want to create a new ticket, provide the ticket number of your original ticket and then provide the screenshot (and any other info they may have asked for).
