This forum is for community based troubleshooting for issues specific to the Blizzard Desktop Application. Are you getting an error message when launching the Blizzard Desktop Application itself? Or is this happening when you attempt to launch a specific game. If it is a specific game then I recommend checking that game’s minimum system requirements to make sure your OS, CPU and GPU are supported. Make sure you have picked up all updates through Windows for the OS and from the GPU maker for the video card. Then if you continue having issues posting on that game’s specific forums. (Game Forums can be accessed from the main website and will not be in this particular forums list.)
Now if the issue is specific to starting the Blizzard Desktop Application, I recommend again checking for updates as previously mentioned and then replying back to this post with any specific error messages along with a description of what you are attempting to do when you see the error.
