I want to establish this writing precisely because I have no idea how it is that they suspend my account telling me that I was boating or using a hack and I have never done anything like that.

I FIXED IT!
i play diablo off my telephones connection
dut to living where theres wired net and satellites waaay too much.
anyways
my computers ip address got banned with my phone
so i borrowed my moms tried it it worked so i knew i was ip banned
i tried mine immediatly after that and still nothing
so i set a static ip adress and tried to connect via my phone to internet it didnt work i ran windows network diag and it refreshed my wireless card and BOOM new ip address on my computer.
tried bnet and it connected
hope this helps or gives you a direction of what to try before calling isp for new ip.
