Your guys’ support system is awful. It takes hours just to find the answer to a simple problem because all of your support options are useless and lead people in literal circles. I can’t even properly contact you guys because it literally is a giant circle. Why even have a support system if it helps no one.
There are limits to what support is provided. If you can’t find a Support Article, or ticket option, then it is likely Blizzard does not offer support for whatever you are trying to do.
If you wish to give some info about your issue someone may be able to point you in the right direction, or clarify if it is even something Blizz can assist with.
