Sudden shutdown of D2 Resurrected

I bought D2R and I installed it correctly on a PC with all the system requirements.
While I am playing, after few minutes, suddenly the game crashes and shuts down. This fact happens playing both online and offline mode.
I don’t know why it happens. Can someone help me solving this problem? Thanks in advance.
