Suddenly got 9k + que to wait on.
Seems strange as i been playing for a few hours without any long queue’s like this.

I have it too. Supposedly it’s from creating/joining more than 20 games per hour. It seems too steep, I can’t even run regular baals without getting the temp ban. I’ve had 2 so far today.
