Stuck in login loop

I have already used the advice already given. Nothing is working.

When I open the battle.net it asks for my email. I enter my either email or phone number and it doesn’t continue past this. I just keeps asking for my account.

I found a solution - I don’t konw if it will work for you but …
I used the login thru steam solution, used the automated system to connect my steam to my blizzard, and used the steam login to force the battlenet login.
My battlenet will still not log in directly, I’m stuck in the loop, BUT steam logs it in for me.

Maybe that will help someone here.

i had to use Facebook in order to log in, was stuck in a loop asking for my account never getting to password part. worst customer service ever

I am stuck with the same issue. I just wanna play SC2 but after reinstalling Windows 10

I had the same problem, but i fixed it on my and my wifes pc

go to C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft and delete .battle.net

i’m having the same issue and none of the fixes suggested on the Blizzard website or on here is working, i cant even find a way to report the issue to their “customer service” which i dont even think exists at this point lol

Try to delete map .battle.net in your world of warcraft map. It worked for me

Same issue. It’s like its not registering the successful capcha. Might be looking for another game tbh, lol hope it gets fixed

im having a problem where i just cant click anything after downloading it just stuck at the done option

probably would work if STEAM had Diablo Immortal.. with ic doesn’t seem to have because the game is free.. I guess

appreciate the input but alas.. this didn’t get me past the ‘cannot connect to a server’ message :frowning:

i dont even know where to put this for sure but i load up the game it does its update check says starting game goes to a black screen and stays there i was playing it the day before with no problems and i can on my phone i can play diablo 4 just fine just immortal does this and wtf is with the support i cant even get it to let me talk to someone any ideas
