Stuck In A Loop With Mobile BNET and Authenticator Apps

The Battle.net app tells me to use the Authenticator app to confirm login, but the Authenticator app says no request was received and sends me back to the Battle.net app because the Authenticator app is “going away soon.”

Edit: I seem to have gotten logged into the new app via SMS code and enabled authentication within said app. Do I simply delete the old Authenticator app now?

I saved my backup code from the old one, but ultimately deleted it.

I get the same verification required message everytime I log into mw3. Some help would be nice?
